Tori (White) is holding Uke's sleeve and lapel on the same side. Tori pulls Uke strongly towards his front corner. Until Uke appears to be standing on tip toe. Tori then pulls Uke close to his front side.

Tori then using maximum power sweeps Uke's leg and at the same time he makes a lift pull action with the hand holding Uke's lapel and with Tori's other hand draws Uke in a circular movement and throw him onto the mat.
