Tori (Blue) breaks Uke's balance. As he advances towards him. Tori turns to face the same direction as Uke.  Tori at the same time reaches across Uke's back and grasps his belt. Tori has his knees slightly bent.

 

Tori Straightens his knees the same time he throws Uke forward.
