Tori (White), Straddles Uke. and hooks both feet under Uke's buttocks. With one hand drive Uke's arm across his face and lock it into position with the back of your neck. Encircle Uke's neck with your other arm and grip his jacket or your own hand. Their are many variations of this hold down.
