Tori (White), pivots around and places both feet well apart and facing the same direction as Uke. The same time Tori  is pulling Uke's upper body forward. Tori completes the throw  by wheeling Uke and tripping her over Tori's out stretched leg. Twisting her head and shoulders down and around to where Uke will approx land.
