Tori (White) is behind Uke. Tori passes a hand over his shoulder across his throat and takes a normal grip of Uke's collar. Then he passes his other hand over his shoulder and takes a grip on the same collar. Slightly above your other hand. Using both hands pull Uke's backwards to apply the throat lock.
