Tori (In Blue) is behind Uke. Sliding right hand around his neck and chin and grip the opposite lapel. Then insert your other hand betweens Uke and left his arm up and away from his body.
Then as you do this drive your hand behind his head. Apply pressure by pulling with your right hand and at the same time pushing your other arms forearm further behind Uke's head.
