Side Foot Sweep.

The Video shows Uke (White) stepping sideways. Tori follows and steps in close just before the sweep placing all his weight on his supporting leg. 

The sweeping leg is kept straight and contact with the bottom of Uke's ankle is made with the inside bottom of Tori's foot and Uke's supporting legs are swept away in an explosive action.
