Minor Outer Hooking Throw.

Tori (White) breaks Uke's balance to his right towards his rear.  Tori advances a foot.  Tori with his other foot simultaneously hooks the sole of Uke's right heal reaping it upwards.  Uke is throw backwards slightly to one side.
