Tori and Uke are in normal right handed grips position. Uke holds Tori jacket with his right hand under his armpit. Tori clamps Uke's hand which is under his armpit with the pressure from his upper left arm, at this point he still has normal grips.
Tori lets go of Uke's right sleeve and slides his left forearm arm under Uke's right arm and bends his arm at approx 90 degrees, still clamping Uke's right hand which is still under Tori's armpit. Tori then grips his own right arm approx at its mid point forming a figure of four shape. Then Tori applies an upward pressure on Uke's Elbow by applying downward pressure on the hand which is under his armpit and upward pressure with his forearm above Uke's elbow to complete the lock.
