Harai-Tsuri-Komi-Ashi
Sweeping-Drawing Ankle Throw

Looks very similar to Sasae-Tsuri-Komi-Ashi. But there is a huge difference in the throw. Tori (Blue) sweeps Uke's foot backwards and catches the instep of Uke's retreating foot with the bottom of Tori's foot. Then a further powerful lift-pull action.
