Which is a prohibited Waza.

The techniques involves applying a choke lock such as Juji-Jime to Uke when he attacks you in Tachi-Waza. Tori synchronizes this  action with a backwards fall and at the same time encircles Uke's waist with his legs below Uke's ribs and Tori interlocks his feet behind Uke's back. As Tori drags Uke to the ground.  Keeping pressure on Uke from both of Tori's legs.  At the same time keeping the choke lock strongly applied.
