Holiday beside the sea. The park, as its name suggests, is situated on the South facing side of a small valley and is approximately ten minutes walk from the local beach and a little over one mile from Clacton town centre. Only a few minutes walk from Clacton Sports Centre.

Amenities which include an outdoor heated pool situated in pleasant surroundings and no matter whatever the weather you can still enjoy a swim in our modern heated indoor pools. Other amenities include the Grasshopper club that provides organised entertainment for children from 6 to 14 years and a family clubhouse with nightly entertainment. A convenience store / gift shop / Children's soft play area / restaurant / takeaway / launderette / and children's play ground are some of the facilities on the park. 

 Accommodation consists of modern holiday home caravans suitable for up to 6 persons. Each caravan comes complete with shower / WC / full size cooker / fridge / colour Television.

  We have reserved caravans on a holiday camp which sleep 6 people at £125 per caravan for the first 14 units only  Further caravans available but prices may be higher.
