All Squad Sessions start from 9:00am - booking in, with the session proper starting at 10:30am till 12:30; an outdoor activity, followed by lunch. The afternoon session will begin at 2:00pm till 4:30pm. The cost of each session is £5:00; you will require Judo Suits; Running gear; Water Bottle; Packed Lunch if required. All boys will be weighed at each session - any runs undertaken, their times will be noted and recorded.
